RETURN POLICY
TerraGnar stands behind everything we build. If something isn't right with your pre-order purchase, we want to make it right.
ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted on unused products purchased directly from TerraGnar.com within 30 days of shipment. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, parts, and hardware. Got a defective or damaged product? Skip the return process and reach out to us directly at support@terragnar.com or 970.639.0009 — we'll sort it out.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was misshipped or damaged in transit — in those cases, we'll provide a prepaid label. If you need a return label from us, just ask, but note the cost will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return and will be credited back to the original payment method. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for returns outside the 30-day window or non-compliant items. Refused packages are subject to a 10% fee up to $35.
