We get it — plans change. Here's how cancellations work at TerraGnar.

PRE-ORDERS

Since all current rack orders are pre-orders with an expected ship date of August 2026, you have some flexibility. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel at support@terragnar.com or 970.639.0009 and we'll take care of you.

GENERAL ORDERS

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. We move fast to get gear out the door. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@terragnar.com or 970.639.0009 and we'll do everything we can to stop the shipment.

If your order has already shipped, it's no longer eligible for cancellation — but our Return Policy has you covered.

REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Orders that have already shipped and are subsequently returned may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees per our Return Policy.
