ORDER CANCELLATION

Every TG Rack is hand-fabricated to order and ships within 1 week, so we can only guarantee a cancellation if you contact us right away. Reach out immediately at support@terragnar.com or 970.639.0009 and we'll do everything we can to stop the shipment.

If your order has already shipped, it's no longer eligible for cancellation — but our Return Policy has you covered.

REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Orders that have already shipped and are subsequently returned may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees per our Return Policy.
